Who or what is ClickFundraising.org?
  • We're a group of people with over 60 years of experience in education and fundraising who realized that a fresh approach was necessary because the traditional fundraising model wasn't working anymore.

  • We have researched the methods used by the best non-profit organizations and discovered that email, social media and the internet are now critical for gaining support. We have successfully adapted those methods to product fundraising.

  • We're the ideal alternative to the traditional product fundraisers you've probably run in the past.

How is Click! Fundraising different?
  • Our primary goal is to help you raise the money you need easily, effectively and with the least impact on your primary activities.

  • We strongly believe two things are necessary for a successful fundraiser:
    • Connect the supporters with the needs of the organization.
    • Treat your supporters with respect.

  • Our motto: Fundraising isn't about selling stuff - it's about gaining support for your organization.

Why should I run a Click! Fundraising program?
  • It's easier for your organization. Our online solution eliminates all order turn-ins, cash collections and product distribution. Our products ship directly to consumers. Your organization will have real-time metrics to gauge participation and chart your progress.

  • It's easier on your families. It only takes 15 to 60 minutes to participate. Families don't have to collect orders, money or deliver product. A family can sign-up, make a contribution and never have to sell anything if they choose.

  • We help you connect to your supporters. Your logo and personal message are used on your webpage and in every email sent to your supporters to consistently and clearly communicate your need.

  • We treat your supporters with respect. All supporters have the option to "opt out" if they prefer not to receive email messages sent on behalf of your fundraiser. We even send a "Thank You" email to each supporter.

  • We have quality products at fair prices and we give your supporters the option to help via a contribution if they don't want or need to buy something. And we deliver their purchase direct to their door within 2 weeks of their purchase.

How does the Click! Fundraising program work?
  • One or two volunteers can set up a program. Your volunteer uploads your organization's logo, writes a brief message then uploads or enters the email address of your members. Your fundraiser can be underway in 30 - 60 minutes.

  • Personalized emails are sent to your members asking them to sign up and help.

  • Your members can then send personalized emails to their friends and family inviting them back to a special website designed just for your organization's fundraiser.

  • Friends and family can shop online or simple make an online contribution. Product ships directly to your supporter's home within two weeks.

  • Your volunteer can monitor your progress, even print off reports and provide feedback to participants.

  • Your proceeds are sent to you two weeks after the end of your program.

Can I trust Click! Fundraising with our email list?
  • ABSOLUTELY! We only use them to support your current fundraising campaign. We never use or sell any email address. PERIOD. The email addresses of your participants and supporters are protected during your fundraising campaign and deleted after it ends.

Is it safe for our children to use your system on the internet?
  • YES! While it's always a good idea to monitor your children's internet activity, rest assured that our system is kid-safe and secure. Every child's name, email address and information are protected. There is no way for an outsider to contact your child. We do, however, ask that children under the age of 13 have parental guidance when using our system.

  • Click! Fundraising is compliant with the COPPA (Child Online Privacy and Protection Act) and adheres to the principals of the CAN-SPAM regulations for permission-based email marketing. Additional details can be found in our Privacy Statement.

Are there any upfront costs associated with the Click! Fundraising program?

  • NO. It costs nothing to get started with Click! Fundraising.

How much profit does my organization get?

  • Your group gets 40% of the product retail price and 80% of any contribution made.

  • The profit percentage for your campaign will depend on your actual sale and how many supporters decide to make a contribution instead of a product purchase.

Why do we only get 80% on contributions?

  • Click! Fundraising pays for all the credit card processing costs, security, maintenance of the website and email services. With our system, there's never a need to use children as money collectors and volunteers never have to track down a parent who hasn't paid or try to collect on a bounced check.

What products do you sell?
  • Our standard product categories are: Pasta, Kitchen, Home & Family, Learning, Wrap & Cards, Jewelry, and Seasonal. The exact product, particularly Seasonal items, can change depending upon the time of year. The current product assortment can be seen by clicking here.

Is there a shipping charge?
  • Yes, a flat rate of $6.95 is added to each order.

What will our web page look like?
  • You can view a sample webpage by clicking here.

  • The organization information on this page is entered by the volunteer during your fundraiser set up. Participant information is added by each participant as a part of their set up process. The product portion of the page stays the same for everyone.

Can we pick or add our own products?
  • Sorry, we don't have that option at this time. However, we are always trying to improve our product offering and welcome any ideas or suggestions you may have. Please send your ideas to info@clickfundraising.org.

Only 80% of our students have hi-speed internet, does that mean we can't run a Click! Fundraising program?
  • All students can participate by using computers at the public library or your school may wish to make computer time available.

  • 100% computer in-home is not necessary. In a "traditional fundraiser" only 20-30% of students choose to participate.

Can I use Click! Fundraising to help me raise money for my school trip or church mission trip?
  • Yes! We are happy to help individuals. We handle the set up a little differently so we can tailor the program to your specific needs. Please contact us if we can help you with an individual fundraiser.

Most of my sales last year were from parent's work associates or friends at church. How do I reach these supporters?
  • There are several ways to get "offline" support:
    • Each Participant has access to a "Documents" page which has several signs and letters which can be downloaded and printed to distribute.
    • Click! Fundraising has postcards available which can be personalized and mailed or handed to friends.

  • Our email feature is the perfect way to spread the word to friends, family and close associates. Click! Fundraising prohibits the use of "email blasts" to send emails to groups or individuals with whom you do not have a personal relationship.

Do you have a prize program?
  • Rather than supply trinkets or "top prizes" that 95% of participants never achieve, we've eliminated those costs and opted to increase the value of the products we sell.
