What Type of Information We Collect

In the course of the fundraising program, a child’s name, user name, email address and school or organization name will be collected as provided. The information is used by Click Fundraising.org and transmitted securely to our email service provider to conduct the fundraising program. This information is only stored during the length of the fundraising program and is deleted when the program is completed. Use of Collected Information

Information that we collect from you will be used to process transactions relating to your purchase or contribution and operate a fundraising campaign on your behalf. Information about the pages you visit and features you use on our site will be used to improve our services and modify the products we offer for sale. All information related to participants or supporters for a fundraising campaign is deleted after the campaign is completed. Decryption is done only at the point that information is needed to process payment transactions.

Using the ClickFundraising.org site email system for the purpose of harassing email recipients, causing distress or harm to others, or for any other reason that does not support the goal of your fundraising campaign is forbidden. ClickFundraising.org may occasionally contact you for feedback about your fundraising campaign, our website and its features, or about the products we sell. All surveys done by us or on our behalf will include detailed information about the survey and how the results will be used. All surveys done by us or on our behalf will include the unsubscribe option to allow you to opt-out from future correspondence.


Use of Our Site by Children

Most of the fundraising campaigns active on ClickFundraising.org are on the behalf of organizations that include or represent children, such as schools and sports clubs. Because children, especially those under the age of 13, may play an active part in their organization’s fundraising campaign, our website has been designed to be both safe and easy-to-use.
